Installation Services

  • • Cancellation before installation: Full refund within 24 hours
  • • Post-installation issues: 30-day warranty period
  • • Refund processing: 3-7 business days

Equipment & Hardware

  • • Return period: 15 days from purchase
  • • Condition: Must be in original packaging and unused
  • • Refund processing: 7-14 business days

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original bank account within 3-7 business days
